A Free Class for You!

Have you ever looked at a quilt block and felt intimidation settle in? Maybe you've thought, How did they do that? Or perhapes even, There's just no way I could figure that out.
Trust me, I've been there! But, I also know how great it feels to master the techniques used in these types of blocks. And guess what? They're never as difficult as they seem!
If you've ever felt that way, I've been working on something super special just for you: an in-depth (and entirely FREE!) 3-part mini-course for the Baskets of Delight quilt - with a block that will teach you skills you'll be able to use over and over again!
I chose this block for this class because it can be considered a challenge with bias cuts and seams, and a bias basket handle...but I promise I'll have your back!

In this course you'll learn how to overcome some of the pitfalls that make some quilters settle for less or (far worse) even stop quilting. :(

As a former quilt shop owner and quilting teacher for over 15 years, I've taught hundreds of quilting classes to thousands of quilters. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my student's success and confidence grow (and hearing their gasps when they see just how easy something can be!)

In just three easy video lessons you'll be well on your way to finishing this beautiful Baskets of Delight Quilt!

  • Wednesday March 24: Part 1 - Cutting - I'll show you how to cut bias and personalize your basket contents.

  • Friday, March 26, Sewing - we'll make the top half of your block and make the HSTs using my HST paper, provided with class and yours to keep!

  • Monday, March 29, Sewing - we'll create the basket section and complete the block.

You'll also receive printable instructions to construct the 4-block quilt, perfect as a table topper, wall hanging or baby quilt!

Here are a few words from my students:

I’m speechless! I’ve sewn all my life, mostly self taught, but can’t believe how much I learn from your videos...definitely like taking classes! Great job, and thank you!” Jeneen

"You have spent a lot of hours putting these classes and all the supporting literature together. This is my first quilt that my blocks are FLAT! Hallelujah!" Dana

"Thank you for the work you put into this class. I look forward to every one. I am enjoying this immensely. You are concise and your demonstrations are easy for me to follow. Truly a blessing for me." Catherine

No matter where you are on your quilting journey, I'd like to help you along your path.
